Elly Brewer
Elly is a leading children’s and comedy writer whose credits include the BAFTA winning The Dumping Ground (Lead Writer series 1 and 2) and Tracy Beaker Returns (Lead Writer series 1, 2 and 3. First two with Ben Ward.) In 2013 Elly won the WGGB Best Children’s TV Script Award for her Dumping Ground script, What Would Gus Want? The Dumping Ground also won Best Drama at the BAFTA Children’s Awards 2013 and Best Children’s Fiction award at the RTS Awards 2013. Elly is currently working with DCM Pictures, developing an animated adaptation of the Amelia Fang series of books by Lauren Ellen Anderson.
