Lulu Taylor was brought up in English countryside and was educated at an Oxfordshire girls school and Oxford University. She has lived and travelled all over the world but now lives in the Dorset countryside with her husband.

Lulu has written six novels of which the first quartet is set in the world of high society and vividly portray the wild, wealthy and sometimes hedonistic lifestyle of the gorgeous young things who inhabit it. Full of drama and passion, these novels are racy and utterly engrossing, with the power to keep you turning the pages late into the night.

In 2013 Pan published her fifth novel, The Winter Folly, about intertwined lives and the burden of the past. The Snow Angel, a dark family saga, was published in 2014, Her Frozen Heart was published in November 2017,followed by the release of A Midwinter Promise in November 2019. Lulu’s A Winter Memory was published by Pan Macmillan in November 2021, and her latest novel The Forgotten Tower  was published in November 2023.
