James Wade

Dr James Wade College Associate Professor, Fellow, and Director of Studies at Girton College, Cambridge. James grew up on a wilderness homestead in Alaska and has spent the last twenty years at Cambridge University researching and teaching the folklore of the Middle Ages. There, he specialises in early English literature, especially the romances, secular literature, popular writings, folklore, minstrelsy, and songs of the Middle Ages. James is currently working on a book about folk music and history.
