Helen Goh

Helen is a writer and chef born in Malaysia and raised in Australia. She moved to London in 2006 and has since worked closely with Yotam Ottolenghi as lead product developer. Helen draws widely on Asian, Western and Middle Eastern influences in her cooking – and of course, her love of sweets.

She has a bi-weekly recipe column in the Sydney Morning Herald and The Age. Her first book Sweet,co-authored with Ottolenghi, was published by Ebury in 2017.
