Georgia was born and brought up in London, then went on to study Art History at Sussex University. After adventuring around Europe, North America, Central and South America and India she worked in advertising and film, as a florist on a cruise ship, at the National Portrait Gallery, the BBC and taught creative writing to kids in primary school.
She has been published in the collection, ‘Acquired for Development By…’ and been long listed for the Mslexia short story competition. She is currently working on her first book, a luscious historical novel inspired by her own family’s background in Shanghai in the 1920s.
She lives in Hackney with her husband and three children.
