Eliza Barry Callahan is a writer, filmmaker, and musician from New York, NY. She received her MFA from Columbia University School of The Arts in 2022. Her first novel The Hearing Test was released in the US in March 2024 (Catapult), and is forthcoming in the UK April 2024 (Peninsula) and Spain 2025 (Anagrama). She is a New York Foundation for The Arts Fellow and she teaches at Columbia University.
