Meet Me by the Steelmen

At the heart of Meadow Hall shopping centre stand three giant bronze statues: the steelmen. Stevie claims they move and speak, and even though Jenny, his older sister, doesn't believe him, overnight they seem to change and the children find themselves involved in a time-slip adventure.
