Claudia Roden wins the Andre Simon Memorial Fund Book Award

Claudia Roden has won the prestigious Andre Simon Memorial Fund Book Award with her book ARABESQUE - A Taste of Morocco, Turkey & Lebanon. The book combines both new and old recipes to illustrate how cooking has evolved since she first introduced us to these cuisines in the 1960s.

The award has been celebrating excellent new writing in the field of food and drink since 1978.
