Rebecca Lisle's wonderful historical novel THE CURSE OF THE TOADS, set in the troubled days of witchcraft trials in 17th century England, has been nominated for the Calderdale Teenage Book Award 2007. Voted for entirely by children, the award will be announced in June.

The sequel, THE CURSE OF THE RAVENS, will be published in July this year. Both titles are published by Hodder Children's Books.
