Jan Mark's Turbulence Shortlisted for the Carnegie Medal with Turbulence

Jan Mark's Turbulence has been shortlisted for this year's Carnegie Medal.
The Medal is awarded by children's librarians for an outstanding book for children and young people.
Unusually, Jan Mark won the Carnegie twice in her lifetime, for Thunder and Lightnings in 1977 and Handles in 1984. Jan Mark died in January of this year.
The winner of the Carnegie Medal will be announced in July.
