Jeanette Orrey, the inspiration behind Jamie Oliver's campaign to improve school dinners, has won the prestigious Glenfiddich Independent Spirit Award. The award, which she shares with Oliver, is made in recognition of an outstanding contribution towards widening the understanding and appreciation of food and drink in Britain.
