Morgan Lloyd Malcolm, Katie Lyons and Verity Rose Woolnough, who met at Goldsmiths College, formed Trippplicate in 2002. They have since taken six shows to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and various venues on the London circuit, acquiring a cult reputation for their unique comedy style. More recently they have achieved broadcast credits and are currently developing television and radio pilots. They have also just been chosen for the new BBC Comedy College scheme.
Morgan Lloyd Malcolm
As a solo writer Morgan has had her work performed at over fifteen theatres in London and across the UK and Europe. A full company member of the Old Vic New Voices she has since worked on several projects with the Old Vic including writing the play 'Leo and Lisa' under commission from Kevin Spacey for him to perform in Geneva with Thandie Newton and Elliot Cowan. She is often called upon by the Old Vic to write for their corporate program, to write speeches for Kevin Spacey and for events. She is also a member of the cult group The Apathists with whom she took Theatre 503 by storm throughout 2006. In 2006 she was selected as one of the Bruntwood 100 for her play 'Counting Sheep'. Morgan also has experience in writing for online gaming. She is currently in workshop with a play and under commission to write a screenplay.

Verity Rose Woolnough
Verity embarked on her directing début with the London and Edinburgh fringe hit, Fanny and Madge, and since then has directed and co written all of Trippplicates productions. In addition Verity has acted as Press Officer for Trippplicate as well as many other comedians including, Robin Ince, Jo Caulfield and Jason Manford. Verity has been involved in various creative writing projects including a new adaptation of Ovid’s 'Metamorphoses', produced in conjunction with the Old Vic Theatre, as well as writing for the online game ‘Well’. Verity currently supplies creative copy for a leading advertising agency as well continuing to advance her directing skills and distinctive comedy writing style through a number of independent projects.
Katie Lyons
Katie has been working professionally as an actress since the age of fifteen. Although starting out in drama ('No Child of Mine' 'Walking on the Moon' 'Peter Kosminsky' for ITV) her work with Trippplicate has resulted in a run of comedy parts. Most notably Katie played series regular ‘Naughty Rachel’ in Channel 4’s hit-comedy 'Green Wing'. Other credits include ‘Korey’ (series regular) in ITV’s 'The Complete Guide to Parenting' and a guest role in 'The Catherine Tate Show' (BBC). More recently, Katie co-starred in 'Boy A', (John Crowley, Ch4) which has been nominated for this year’s BAFTA’s for Best Single Drama. Katie’s work in both comedy and drama has helped develop a versatile writing style. As one third of Trippplicate Katie co-wrote '13 O’Clock', 'The Receptionists', 'Time Tripppers' and 'School of Comedy'. She is also independently writing a number of comedy and drama projects.
