Mus Mustafa was born in London to parents of Cypriot origin. He is a London cabbie and his book, IN A YEAR OF A LONDON CABBIE EVERYONE HAS A STORY, has just been published by Orion. He is a keen photographer, taking shots from his cab.
Between 1995 and 1999 he studied at The College of Psychic Studies doing courses in psychic awareness, mediumship and spiritual healing. In 1996 Mus took a one-year course in History of Art at the Courtauld Institute and in 2000 he studied Life Drawing at the Hampstead School of Art.
He has given several readings of his poetry and has also done television interviews on behalf of London cabbies. In 1996 he took part in the Channel Four series STRICTLY DANCING in the modern jive section.
