Miles Bodimeade was born in West Sussex and went to Art College in Liverpool.
In 1998 he won the Guardian/Sony short film script competition with the comedy "MUM'S ASHES" judged by Spike Jonze.
In 1999 he wrote the thriller feature film script "VERMIN LINE" for Planet K Films.
His second feature film script, written in 2003, was an adaptation of the thriller novel "THE HAMILTON CONSPIRACY" by Andrew Segal.
In 2004 he devised and wrote ANTON PILLAR, a drama serial in 6 x 60-minute episodes.
To date he has written 12 half-hour episodes for the BBC1 drama series "Doctors".
