Martine Oborne spent most of her working life in the City where she was a Director of Rothschilds. She is the mother of four children and has found success writing both for adults and children. Her picture book, JUICE THE PIG, was an international success for Macmillan and this was followed by ONE GORGEOUS BABY illustrated by Ingrid Godon. Martine is also the author of three adult novels which are published by Piatkus: MOTHER LOVE, BABY LOVE and GETTING EVEN.

She lives in North London with her husband and four children.
