Klaus Boehm’s career has taken him from a progressive school in Kent, through Cambridge University, brief spells with the Royal Artillery and Hotpoint brand management, setting up the Careers Research and Advisory Centre, and into the world of books as a consultant editor developing a wide range of reference books for Macmillan.
He has written and edited an eclectic range of books, including THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY, for which he won the 1981 ASLIB prize for best new business reference, books on books on French and Italian menu terms and consumer books on education. With Jenny Lees-Spalding, he edits THE STUDENT BOOK, the one-stop annual university guide, along with others including the annual GUIDE TO INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS.
