Brian Hennigan was born and raised in Scotland, although his business career spans many industries and countries. His fiction and drama has been broadcast on BBC Radio Four and Radio Scotland, and his first novel, Patrick Robertson - A Tale of Adventure, was published by Cape and selected by Ian Rankin as his Book of the Year in The Sunday Telegraph. The book is currently being adapted for film (Film Council funded) with David Mackenzie as Director.
