Peter Oborne

Peter Oborne is a regular commentator on politics for television and radio. Formerly Political Editor of the Spectator, he is now chief political commentator for the Daily Telegraph. He is the author of several previous books including biographies of Alastair Campbell and the cricketer Basil d'Oliveira (winner of the 2004 William Hill Sports Book of the Year), and, more recently, The Rise of Political Lying and The Triumph of the Political Class. Peter is now working on a book about Pakistan and cricket, for Simon & Schuster.
