Lucy Dillon was born in Cumbria, and worked for several years in publishing. She now writes full time in Herefordshire, where she enjoys baking and walking her Basset hounds, Bonham and Violet.
Lucy's debut novel The Ballroom Class (Hodder, 2008) was published to a wealth of fantastic reviews. Her best-selling second novel Lost Dogs and Lonely Hearts (Hodder, 2009) won the Romantic Novelist Association's Novel of the Year Award. Her third novel Walking Back to Happiness was published by Hodder in 2010 and will be published by Berkley in the U.S. in December 2011. Her latest novel The Secret of Happy Ever After will be published in November 2011.
