Jane Devlin

Jane grew up in Harrow and did a BA in English Literature at Leeds University. She then did a P.G.C.E in Scarborough and spent many years working as a primary school teacher in London. She now lives in the East End of London and works for an academic organization.

Jane has always had a keen interest in children’s literature and has studied art, animation and illustration in her spare time. Her first book, Hattie The Bad, illustrated by Joe Berger was published in 2009 by Puffin.
